In Athlete Analyzer, there is an extensive support for users to plan their workouts, both in terms of content but also in time. The user can define different exercises that can be incorporated into workouts. Then the user can schedule their workouts in their calendar and via calendar report if they have been completed the workouts according to the plan or not. If the workouts are not completed the user can register the reason for it. Coach (s) can also create and share ready-made plans/workouts/exercises to the user so that he or she only needs to report in case the workouts have been completed according to the plan or not. The outcome of the exercise is possible to analyze.
The simple way
You can use the training part of AA with or without using exercises. If you do not want to plan workouts with the highest level of detail or you’re not interested in following up training on exercise level, then you can choose to not include any exercises in your workouts. This means that you will have communicate workout content in another way and that you will no longer be able to use the muscle group and exercise analysis perspective.
The advanced way (recommended)
We recommend that you use exercises. Exercises will help communicate workout content and add an extra level to the training analysis. You can read more about exercises here.
