Coaches can set goals on one or several members of a group. This helps you as a coach to manage and monitor several athletes in less time. Example uses:
- You want all your athletes to finish 3rd or better on an international contest.
- Set a general guideline for how much training you expect your athletes to do during a period of time. For example, you want your athletes to train between 500 and 600 hours during the upcoming year.
