How Can We Help?
The calendar view is used to plan and report (athletes only) training. Click on the “+” sign in the top left corner or click directly on the calendar to choose a workout to put it into the calendar. You can also add general event like competitions and camps by clicking in the calendar. Workouts and events can be repeated for a number of weeks. Click on an event and then “Repeat”.
Week workouts
Workouts can also be placed in the gray area above the calendar. Workouts put there are supposed to be performed during the week but the athlete has to plan the actual date. This is useful for individual training such as running or when the athlete week schedule is unknown.
